If you've created a series event, you can extend the dates within that series.
Please note:
- You can only add or change dates to an active series for which nobody has yet registered. Once any guest has registered for your series, they will appear in all the events in that series automatically, and the series dates cannot be extended or changed.
- The extension process is designed for adding new events to a set. The schedule page is not used to delete events or change the date of events which have already been created. To do this, access the events in a set from the dashboard and edit them there.
For example, I want to extend the dates for my Biostatistics & Epidemiology Short Course. To do this, click the calendar icon in the SCHEDULE column that corresponds with the series.
You'll be redirected to the SET SCHEDULE FOR... page. Scroll down to the COMPLETES TABLE. You can only extend a series by adding a specific number events via the AFTER selection. Use the provided textbox to specify how many occurrences you want in your series, then click GENERATE SCHEDULE.
The panel on the right will display the individual events in your extended series. If you want to add more specific dates, click ADD EVENT DATE and use the calendar date-picker to select more dates.
You can also delete specific dates by clicking the corresponding red trash can icon.
Once your list of added dates is accurate to your series extension, click SAVE SCHEDULE.
The CONFIRM SCHEDULE modal will open with a full list of events within the series. New events are bolded. Click SAVE AND LAUNCH SCHEDULE.
Click CLOSE AND RELOAD DASHBOARD.
You'll be redirected to your dashboard. You can see that the green number that corresponds with your event has updated to reflect the number of events that are now contained within the series.
If you click that number, you can edit individual events within the series.
