In ZenGRM, you can choose to view your guest list based on guest status. Status refers to the guest's current state within the event (more details below).
To utilize this filter, first navigate to GUEST LIST.
You can choose a display option by click the filter icon in the tool bar.
The different states guests can be categorized into are as follows:
- CONFIRMED: They guest has indicated that they will attend, either via an invite, buying a ticket or registering via the event web page.
- OUTSTANDING: The person was invited but has not yet responded.
- HELD: The guest is a plus one whose details have not yet been submitted, but their spot at the event is reserved. This can be done via guests per registration (free) or individuals included (ticketed)
- WAITLISTED: The registration button was full, so the potential guest joined the waitlist.
- DECLINED: The person either declined the invite or they were manually declined by the event manager.
- ATTENDED: The guest has been marked as having attended the event, either through the standard check in process or manually within the guest list.
- BOUNCED: The invite sent to this recipient did not go through.
- REFUNDED: The guest was refunded, so their spot at the event is no longer valid.
- MOVED: The guest was moved to another event within your BU.
