The STATUS page provides a dynamic and detailed look into the the numbers behind your event. The availability of specific stats, functions and tables depends on what you've enabled inside your event.
This article reviews what elements of the status page will be relevant to you if you've created a ticket. For more information regarding this process, refer to Creating a Ticketed Event.
Before you've created your ticket, your STATUS page will look like the image below. None of the tables are activated because none of them are relevant at this point:
Once you've created a ticket and made it visible on your event web page, the TICKETS table on the right will activate. I just launched my event, so I haven't sold any tickets yet, but I can see that INDIVIDUAL TICKETS AVAILABLE is 10, which is accurate, as that's how many tickets I made available when I created the ticket.
Once people start purchasing tickets for your event, the stats in this table will update to reflect those purchases.
INDIVIDUAL TICKETS SOLD refers to the number of tickets sold.
INDIVIDUAL TICKETS AVAILABLE refers to the number of remaining tickets available, accounting for the number made available, minus the number that have been sold so far.
If you've added more than 1 individual included for your ticket, the following categories will be relevant:
GUESTS OF TICKET BUYERS CONFIRMED refers to the number of 'plus-ones' where the primary guest has submitted their guest's details.
HELD FOR GUESTS OF TICKET BUYERS refers to the numbers of 'plus-ones' where their space at the event is held for them, but their contact details have not yet been submitted.
TOTAL HELD AND CONFIRMED refers to the number of guests who are confirmed and have submitted their contact details + the number of held spots for plus-ones where we don't have their contact details confirmed yet.
If your event reaches capacity, and people start signing up for the waitlist, this number will reflect how many people are WAITLISTED.
If you use check-In features on the day of your event, or if you check-in guests manually during or after your event, the number of guests who ATTENDED will be reflected here.
If you want to re-send the most recently saved confirmation email to all of your primary guests, click the envelope icon next to INDIVIDUAL TICKETS SOLD.
If you want to re-send the most recently saved confirmation email to all of your primary guests and their confirmed plus one, click the envelope icon next to TOTAL CONFIRMED.
