You can export a CSV file of your guest list. For more information regarding this process, refer to Exporting Spreadsheets.
Before clicking GENERATE REPORT, you can choose which data fields are contained within the columns of your export. One of the options for this export is called LAST ACTIVITY DATE STAMP.
What does 'Last Activity' refer to? Within the context of the Guest List, this means the last time the guest changed state.
The different states guests can be categorized into are as follows:
- ATTENDED: The guest has been marked as having attended the event, either through the standard check in process or manually within the guest list.
- CONFIRMED: The guest RSVP'd and marked themselves as confirmed to attend, either via an invite or through the event registration page.
- OUTSTANDING: The person was invited but has not yet responded to the invite.
- WAITLISTED: The registration button was full, so the potential guest elected to join the waitlist.
- DECLINED: The person either declined the invite themselves or they were manually declined by the event manager.
- BOUNCED: The invite sent to this recipient did not go through.
The most common changes of state are:
- Confirming attendance by registering or buying a ticket. If a guest does this and never changes their RSVP status, their 'Last Activity Date Stamp' will be the date and time they registered / bought their ticket.
- Moving from the waitlist to the confirmed guest list. If this happens, the 'Last Activity Date Stamp' will be the exact date / time the event manager changed their status to confirmed.
- Being declined from an event - whether this is initiated by the guest themself or the event manager.
The 'Last Activity' Date Stamp is not effected by:
- The guest or event manager editing the guest's registration input fields.
- The guest or event manager editing the guest's responses to additional registration questions.
