When you create an event in SeatRobot, you may delineate your guests into specific groups via tags. You can also check people into your event based on tag categories. To do this, navigate to CHECK-IN.
On your check-in page, click SET TAGS.
The SELECT VIEW TAGS window will appear. Check the boxes next to the groups of people who you want to display for check-in purposes. For example, in my event, I'm checking in guests who are staying in the C-suite lodging and guests who are attending on Saturday only, so I check those options then press SAVE SELECTION.
You'll land back on your check-in page. Click VIEW TAGS.
The check-in page will now only display people who belong to the tag groups you selected in the other window.
