You can organize and group contacts based on events they registered for, attended, were invited to, etc.
To do this, click the EVENTS FILTER button. The drop-down menu will allow you to choose between ACTIVE EVENTS (any events in your org that are happening in the future) or ARCHIVED EVENTS (events that have already taken place).
The FILTER CONTACTS BY... window will appear. To start, you must choose your display settings.
- DISPLAY CONTACTS will display all the contacts that match the status / event combination you select in any of the chosen events.
- DISPLAY ONLY SHARED CONTACTS will display all the contacts that match the status / event combination you select in every chosen event.
Next, check the boxes next to the status of guests you want to include.
Then, click the + sign next to the event(s) you want to include. The green number in the top right hand corner indicates how many people belong in the unique status / event combination you've selected. Click SHOW CONTACTS when you've made your specifications.
The contacts page will now display everyone that belongs to the status / event combination you chose on the previous page. From here, you can organize these contacts by checking the box at the top of the left hand corner, then tagging them or adding to / creating a list.
