You can access your contacts by clicking this icon:

When you go into your contacts page, there are a number of tools to help you find, add and amend your contacts database. Whenever someone registers for an event or accepts an invite for an event hosted by your organization, they are automatically added to the contacts database.
By default, contacts are listed alphabetically by last name. However, you can click FIRST / LAST / COMPANY / EMAIL to view contacts through those categories in alphabetically ascending or descending order.
SeatRobot can load up to 500 contacts per page. If you have more than 500 contacts you can view the contacts that fall beyond the 500 mark by using the alpha bar.
You can search for specific contacts by using the search bar. It's a letter search that matches any letter pattern in first name / last name / company / email.
It will return any result that contains that exact combination of letters.
Clicking ALL CONTACTS returns the contact list to the default opening view (all contacts sorted by alpha of last name, 500 per page)
You can also choose to display only contacts who belong to a specific tag. If you select a tag from the VIEW BY TAG dropdown, only contacts with that tag will display.
For information regarding tags, refer to Tags within the Contacts Database.
Filters work cumulatively. In other words, you can apply a new filter to the current filter on display. If you then select another tag from the VIEW BY TAG dropdown, only contacts who belong to both tags will be displayed.
You can also display only contacts that belong to certain lists, by click the LISTS button.
For more information regarding lists, refer to Lists within the Contact Database.
The lists your organization has created will open in the YOUR CONTACT LISTS modal. Check the box next to the list you want to display, then click OPEN.
Now, only contacts who belong to that list will display.
If you want to see contacts that belong to that list, and a specific tag, click VIEW BY TAG, then click the tag group.
This will display contact(s) that belong to both the list and tag you chose.
