Your 'reply-to' email is the email that will be in the to: field when one of your recipients hits 'reply' to an email you have sent them through SeatRobot.
By default, SeatRobot assigns the email address of the individual event manager as the 'reply-to' email for each event.
However, you can amend this to universalize the recipient of the reply-to emails across all events in your organization.
To do this, make sure you're in the admin portal (denoted by the cogs icon).
Next, navigate to MANAGE ACCOUNT.
Scroll down to the DEFAULT EMAIL OPTIONS table and click the EDIT button that corresponds with 'REPLY-TO' EMAIL.
The SET 'REPLY-TO' modal will open. For DESCRIPTIVE NAME, describe the email account for internal reference. In EMAIL ADDRESS, type the name of your preferred 'reply-to' email. Once you've entered your preferences, click SET EMAIL.
