After setting your brand colors, you should upload your organization's logos and images.
To do this, first navigate to your admin portal (denoted by the cogs icon).
You should land on the MANAGE ACCOUNT tab.
You have three logos / images to upload. The first two - YOUR DEFAULT EVENT IMAGE and YOUR LOGO are located at the top of the page.
EMAIL HEADER IMAGE is located at the bottom of the page.
You can click any of these windows to upload each specific image / logo. Please follow the recommended specifications below.
FILE TYPE
SeatRobot accepts .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, and .svg file types.
FILE SIZE
Maximum 2MB (to maintain fast load times)
IMAGE SIZE & SHAPE
- YOUR DEFAULT EVENT IMAGE | 400px height - 600px width with 4:3 aspect ratio
- YOUR LOGO | 400px height - 600px width with 4:3 aspect ratio
- DEFAULT EMAIL HEADER | 600px wide x 150px high @ 72 dpi

YOUR DEFAULT EVENT IMAGE
This is the default image that appears on the registration web page for each event you create and in the event card for every event displayed on your events website. This image can be changed on a per-event basis. For more information on this process, refer to Adding a Web Page Header Image.
YOUR LOGO
Your logo appears on the events page when your team members log in to SeatRobot. It's also the default logo in the top left of each of your public pages (registration page, tickets page, events page, guest RSVP pages) created for each event you build and the page header image on your public events page.
DEFAULT EMAIL HEADER
On the header of every event email sent by your organization, unless an event-specific email header is uploaded for any event. For more information on this process, refer to Change Emails Header Image.
