If you apply bill me later settings to a ticket or 3rd party package, you will want to assign the bill me later confirmation email to those packages.
For more information on how to set up bill me later, refer to Bill Me Later.
Once you've created ticket(s) or 3rd party packages that have bill me later functions, you'll want to customize the confirmation email they receive.
To do this, navigate to EMAILS.
Click BILL ME LATER TICKET CONFIRMATION.
The YOUR BILL ME LATER TICKET PURCHASE window will appear. This window contains the template for bill me later confirmation emails. For more information on this process, refer to Email Templates.
You can customize this email, by utilizing the formatting tools and merge fields available in the toolbar. For more information on how to make best use of these features, refer to How to Compose Emails with SeatRobot.
Once you've finished customizing your bill me later email, we highly recommend sending yourself a test email. This allows you to see what the email will look like for your recipients. To do this, click SEND TEST EMAIL. For information regarding who receives this test email, refer to Test Email Recipients.
After checking your test email for errors, and making any necessary adjustments, click SAVE.
Once you've opened or edited a confirmation email, the LAST EDITED DATE column will display when you made your changes, and the EDITED BY column will display which user made the changes.
If you want to make another bill me later confirmation email, you can click the icon in the COPY column. You might do this if you want different emails for different tickets. For more information on this process, refer to Customizing Confirmation Emails for Multiple Registration Buttons.
If you've customized your bill me later ticket confirmation email, anyone who buys a ticket to your event and chooses to apply bill me later will receive your customized email.
