If you are the primary contact for your organization's account you will receive an email from SeatRobot with the subject line:
Please Set Up Your SeatRobot Account
Click the link in this email to verify your email address and create your login password. When you first login, you will need to click the ACCEPT TERMS & PROCEED button.
You will land on your dashboard. This will be blank, because you haven't created any events yet. Click the cogs icon in the top right corner to navigate to your admin portal.
You will be redirected to the MANAGE ACCOUNT tab.
Click the EDIT button next to ORGANIZATION.
The EDIT ORGANIZATION DETAILS window will appear. Double check your address, and add the following details into the provided textboxes:
- WEB SITE ADDRESS
- EMAIL ADDRESS
- PHONE NUMBER
Then click UPDATE ORG DETAILS.
Next, under SECURITY, you can check the box next to REQUIRE MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION FOR ALL USERS. This will require all your team members and guest users to enter an emailed access code in addition to their personal passwords when logging into SeatRobot.
This finalizes the first steps for getting your account up and running. Next, we'd recommend setting up your users.
