When you check-in a guest, that guest is also updated in SEATING. The process works like so:
First, navigate to CHECK-IN.
Click VIEW ALL.
The confirmed guests for your event will appear. Any guests who have already been checked in will have the ON toggle activated.
You can arrange the list by table number to help with seating management. To do this, click the # icon at the top of the table number column.
You can also see who has and hasn't checked in via SEATING > SEAT GUESTS.
If you click a specific table, all the guests assigned to that table will appear in the SELECTION area. Guests who have already checked-in will have a green check mark next to their name.
