If you've created an event, and it's not showing up on your organization's aggregated events page, please follow these steps:
Navigate to DASHBOARD.
Identify your event. Then, check the visibility column (denoted by the eye icon). Make sure the box that corresponds with your event is checked on. If it is already checked on, uncheck it and recheck it back on.
In addition, check the filters for your event have been calibrated correctly. You can do this by clicking the filter icon that corresponds with your event.
The APPLY FILTERS modal will appear. Check the boxes next to the filters that are relevant to your event, then click SAVE.
Once you've completed all these steps, check your events website. If your event is still not appearing, contact support. Thank you!
