You can add an external link to your event web page. This is optional, but useful in many cases.
For example, I want the venue's website to be accessible from my event web page.
To do this, navigate to WEB PAGE.
Scroll down to the EVENT DETAILS VISIBILITY table. Click ADD EXTERNAL LINK.
The ADD EXTERNAL LINK modal will appear.
- Paste the URL into the EXTERNAL LINK URL textbox.
- Then, type what you'd like to appear in the hyperlink into the TEXT TO DISPLAY textbox.
- Click SAVE LINK to publish this link to your event web page.
Once saved, your link will appear below the ADD EXTERNAL LINK button. If you want to edit it, click the display name. This will re-open the modal and you make any changes needed from there. If you want to remove the external link entirely, click the corresponding trash can icon.
You can see how the external link appears by scrolling to the top of WEB PAGE and clicking PREVIEW EVENT WEB PAGE.
Your external link will appear in the panel to the right. You can add as many external links as needed for your event.
