Displaying the availability count on your event webpage is a powerful way to drive engagement and increase conversions. When visitors see that only a few spots and/or tickets remain for a popular event, it creates a natural sense of urgency and encourages quicker decisions. This transparency also helps build trust with your audience. Attendees can clearly see which events or ticket types are in high demand. Additionally, showing real-time availability highlights the popularity of certain sessions or seating options, guiding customers toward timely action and helping event organizers manage inventory more effectively.
By default, your event web page will NOT display the number of available spaces for registration buttons or tickets for your event.
If you'd like to display the number of available spaces for free registration and/or tickets, navigate to WEB PAGE.
Check the box next to DISPLAY 'SEATS AVAILABLE' COUNT ON TICKETS & BUTTONS. This is located inside the EVENT DETAILS VISIBILITY table.
You can see how this will appear by clicking the PREVIEW EVENT WEB PAGE button at the top of the page.
The number of available spaces in any given registration button or ticket will display in the section highlighted below. As guests start registering for your event, the number displayed will adjust to match the availability of your button(s) or ticket(s).
