For some of your events, you may want to hide the date and time from public pages. For example, this event is a mandatory training that all new staff need to complete for their onboarding. It's a web series that's available year round. I need this event to be available on our public events page, but the dates are confusing to people.
To hide the date and time of your event from all public pages, navigate to WEB PAGE inside your event.
Scroll down to the EVENT DETAILS VISIBILITY table. Check the box next to HIDE DATE ON WEB PAGE HEADER AND AGGREGATED EVENTS PAGE.
When that box is checked on, your event date / time will no longer appear in this panel on your event web page. You'll notice that the date still appears in the sidebar. For instructions on how to remove the date from the sidebar, refer to Choosing Details to Display in the Sidebar.
