The STATUS page provides a dynamic and detailed look into the the numbers behind your event. The availability of specific stats, functions and tables depends on what you've enabled inside your event.
This article reviews what elements of the status page will be relevant to you if you've enabled third party functions inside your event. For more information regarding this process, refer to Third Party.
When you've first created your third party packages, they will become visible at the bottom of the STATUS page, regardless of whether you've made them visible / available via email or the event web page.
Once your first package sells, the THIRD PARTY table will activate.
As you sell packages, you can click the package buttons to see which individuals or organizations have purchased them.
If you click an individual purchaser's name, you will be redirected to their personalized Event Management Center. As event manager, you can monitor the guests they've added, and make amendments to their guest list on their behalf.
As third party coordinators begin adding names in their event management center, the THIRD PARTY table will begin populating with relevant stats.
PACKAGE RESERVATIONS refers to the total number of 'spots' at your event that have been purchased / reserved via a third party package. For example, I've sold 3 packages that all contained 10 spots so far. Therefore, this is displaying the number 30.
GUESTS CONFIRMED refers to the numbers of guests inside your event who have submitted their contact details.
DONATED SEATS refers to the number of spots at your event that have been donated by a third party coordinator. For more information regarding this process, refer to Enabling Seat Donation.
OUTSTANDING SEATS HELD refers to the total number of spots in your event that are reserved, where the third party coordinator has yet to add the contact details of the attendees.
TOTAL HELD AND CONFIRMED refers to the number of spots at your event that are confirmed with guest contact details, or reserved for guests whose contact details have yet to be added. It will always be equivalent to GUESTS CONFIRMED + OUTSTANDING SEATS HELD.
If you use check-In features on the day of your event, or if you check-in guests manually during or after your event, the number of guests who ATTENDED will be reflected here.
If you want to re-send the most recently saved confirmation email to all of your confirmed guests, click the envelope icon next to GUESTS CONFIRMED.
