With ZenGRM, you can 'check in' a guest (i.e. mark them as having attended your event).
To do this, first navigate to GUEST LIST.
Then, identify the guest(s) whose status you want to change.
If you're looking for a specific guest, it's best to utilize the search bar.
If you want to look at everyone who belongs to a certain status, it's best to utilize the filter by status icon. Waitlisted guests appear in blue, outstanding guests appear in grey and declined guests appear in red.
Check the box that corresponds with the guest(s) you want to check in. Then, click the CHECK IN button (the green check mark icon).
After the guests have been checked in, the check in icon will appear in the status column next to their name.
