Your dashboard displays real-time status updates about the attendance of your event. Each icon represents a different number. (If your event is the laster event of a recurrent set of series set, the numbers displayed will refer to the master event only)
If you click on the green badge representing a recurrent or series set - to display the other events in the set, you will be able to see appropriate counts icons for each event in the set as below:
The green ticket icon represents the number of tickets (ticket packages) that have been purchased. Note that this count is the number of individual ticket package sales (purchases). It does not reflect the number of guests contained in tickets if a ticket package sold allowed more than one guest access.
The amber ticket icon represents the number of ticket packages that are currently available (active). Note that this count is the number of currently active individual ticket packages available. This count is derived from the max available of all active (toggled on) ticket packages, less the 'Used' count of each. This count does not calculate how many individuals may be registered if any ticket package contains more than one guest access
The green people icon represents the number of free registrations that are currently filled. This is the number of active (confirmed) guests registered via free registration buttons on the event web page.
The amber people icon represents the number of free registrations that are currently available. This count is derived from the max available of all active (toggled on) registration buttons, less the 'confirmed' count of each active button.
The blue hourglass icon represents the number of people who are currently waitlisted for your event.
The green solid circle represents the total number of confirmed (active) guests in your event. This total contains all ticketed guests (including multiple guests included in ticket packages allowing more than one guest), and all free guests registered via the event registration page, and all confirmed invited guests (including multiple guests included in invites allowing more than one guest)
