Once your organization has created refund policies, you'll want to start applying them to your event. You do this inside your event. To start, navigate to TICKETS.
Click REFUND POLICIES.
The refund policies that have been enabled by your organization's admin will appear in this expanded window. Whichever policy your org has set as default will be automatically selected.
You can change the policy for your event by selecting the circle next to your preferred policy. Please note you can only apply one refund policy to an event at a time.
Note: You can switch refunds policies within an event up until any ticket for the event has been sold. As soon as any ticket has been purchased by a guest, the refund policy in place at the time of purchase will be locked (see image below) and you cannot change to another refund policy within that event.
