With ZenGRM, you can track how separate invites are performing. For example, I'm hosting an auction / fundraiser for a high school. I'm sending out various invites to different groups of parents based on what grade their child is in. I'm also inviting VIP members in the wider community.
To monitor how my various invites are being responded to, I'll navigate to STATUS.
If I scroll down to the bottom of the page, I can see the various packages I've created. They're represented by buttons:
- 10th Grade Parents
- 11th Grade Parents
- 12th Grade Parents
- 9th Grade Parents
- VIPs
If I click any of these buttons, details on that specific invite will expand. The numbers on the right represent different responses to my invite.
- PINK | OUTSTANDING (the number of people who have neither confirmed nor denied the invite)
- GREEN | Confirmed
- RED | Declined
- BLUE | Waitlist
If you click the pink number within any package, you can re-send the invite email to all of the outstanding guests. For example, in my event, I really want the VIPs to attend. Therefore, I'll click this button a few weeks before the event to bring the invite to the top of their inboxes.
If you click the green number within any package, you can re-send the most recent confirmation email to all confirmed guests within that invite. For example, I might re-send the confirmation email to everyone a week before the event so guests have all relevant info at the top of their inboxes.
Thank you! If you have questions about this process, or any other features in ZenGRM, please reach out to support.
