Seating a 3rd party event follows the same protocol as other events.
First, create your 3rd party event. Then, establish the room layout for your event.
Once you've saved your room layout, click SEATING > SEAT GUESTS.
The room layout you've created will appear here. Click the TABLES drop down menu. The third party packages in this event will appear. The number in parentheses represents the number of affiliated sponsors are associated with that package.
If you click the individual name of one of the packages, the sponsors who bought those packages will appear in the STAGING AREA.
To place a sponsor at a table, click their name in the staging area, then click the table you want to place them at.
As you continue amending the seating plan, we highly recommend clicking SAVE continuously. If you navigate away from this page, you will lose all your work unless you've saved it.
If you want to swap tables, click the toggle button to SWAP ON, then click the two tables you want to switch around. They will automatically switch places.
