With ZenGRM, you can create badges for your guests. To do this, first navigate to SETUP.
Check the box next to ADD BADGING.
Scroll back to the top of the page, and click the new tab BADGING.
The BADGING page has two stages. First, you have to choose which guests you want to print, in the SELECT GUESTS TO PRINT table.
You can choose to select badges to print based on tag by clicking the ALL dropdown menu. This will display the tag groups. For example, if you only want to print guest badges for people who were tagged as VIP, you would select that option.
You can also use the options to the right
GUESTS ONLY - print confirmed guests
EMPTY SEATS ONLY - print badges for all the available spots at your event
ALL - prints badges for confirmed guests and available spots.
My event is full, and I want to print everyone's badges, so I'll choose GUESTS ONLY, then move on to BADGE LAYOUT.
To start, you will want to choose the format of the badges. You can do this by clicking the VERTICAL W/DOTS drop down menu.
Next, you will choose what to include. If your event has tables, you can choose to include table numbers on the badges by checking the box next to INCLUDE TABLE #. My event doesn't have table numbers, so I'm going to uncheck that box.
If you'd like guest's tag icons to be visible on the badges, check the box next to INCLUDE TAGS. For more information on this process, refer to Tagging Guests.
Next, you can choose whether the badges are presented and printed by last name or table. My event doesn't have tables, so I will click SORT BY LAST NAME.
Next, you will click GENERATE BADGES.
The badges will appear below in whichever order / format you chose in BADGE LAYOUT. If you do not like the format you've chosen, you can go back and change it, then click GENERATE BADGE again.
If you scroll down, you can see any specifications you added to your badges. For example, Preston Brooks was tagged as a VIP, and I chose to include tags. Therefore, the VIP icon is visible on his badge.
If you click FILE > PRINT in your browser, you can print the badges.
