Change Emails Header Image

With ZenGRM, you can customize the email header image for your event. To do this, first navigate to EMAILS.

Click CHANGE EMAILS HEADER IMAGE.

By default, the image here will be your company's logo, uploaded in the admin portal. Click SELECT IMAGE FILE.

We recommend the following specifications for your email header image:

1. FILE TYPES: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .svg

2. FILE SIZE: maximum 2MB (to maintain maximum load times for all your event web pages).

3. IMAGE SIZE/SHAPE: recommended minimum of 600px wide x 150px high @ 72 dpi. A wider, thinner image is better (like a letterhead). You can use any aspect ratio, and ZenGRM will position your image top and center of your emails, but avoid large, square images which will present as very tall headers.

Once you've uploaded your email, click SAVE SELECTED IMAGE.

When people receive email communications from this event, the custom banner will display at the top of the email like so:
