There are occasions in which you'll want your users to be able to purchase a ticket on behalf of a guest - and to be able to track and record which of your ZenGRM platform users managed the transaction. This process is designed to provide the same result as using a 'card not present' terminal when entering a payment on behalf of a purchaser. To do this, an Admin user has to enable this feature. To start, navigate to your admin section.
Navigate to the MANAGE ACCOUNT tab.
Check the box next to ENABLE CARD NOT PRESENT.
