For smaller events with very specific guest limits, it may be important that guests who have previously declined an invite are not able to change that choice later. If you are close to your event date and have your final numbers cleared with the venue or caterer, it is very difficult if a number of previously declined invitees decide to register at the last minute.
For this reason, by default all ZenGRM events do not give declined guests a method to automatically un-decline without first contacting the event manager.
However, for very large events, or any event for which exact attendee numbers are not important, you may wish to allow your guests to 'un-decline' without asking you first. This can save a lot of administrative work on your part.
To activate this feature, navigate to SETUP.
Scroll down to the ADVANCED table, and check the box next to ALLOW GUESTS TO UN-DECLINE.
If your guest wants to un-decline, they'll need to navigate to their invite email, then press the ACCEPT INVITE button.
If they initially declined the invite, their personal registration page will look like this. They should click the HERE hyperlink to reverse their decline.
They will be redirected to a page that allows them to register. If your event has multiple registration buttons, the guest will only be allowed to register with the button they were assigned when they were invited. To complete registration, they should click the button. They will receive a confirmation email letting them know that their registration is complete.
