Making an Event Visible on Your ZenGRM General Events Website

To the right of the COPY column, there is an icon that looks like a person with an orb around them, with checkboxes underneath. When you check this box, the corresponding event will go live on your company's aggregate event website.

You can find this page by clicking EVENTS WEBSITE in the top left corner of your dashboard.

For example, my company's aggregate event website looks like this (see image below). It displays all of the events that that have been created and 'checked on', in chronological order.

Remember - the way that we control which events appear on our company's aggregate event website and which events DO NOT appear is by checking / unchecking the box below.

If the box is not checked, the event will NOT appear on your company's aggregate event website. This tool is useful if you want to create an event, but want to double check it with yourself or other people before making it live on the aggregate page.

Please note - once you've created an event, it automatically has a unique URL that exists online. This checkbox only refers to whether or not it appears on your company's aggregate event webpage.
