Enable Registration for Multiple Occurrences in a Recurrent Set

Guests can register for multiple occurrences within a recurrence. To make this an option for your recurrence follow the instructions below.

This is my weekly yoga class. People like to register for more than one at a time.

To make it possible for people to register for multiple occurrences at one time, navigate to your DASHBOARD.

Identify your event, then click the green number to expand the occurrences.

Check the box next to ALLOW MULTIPLE REGISTRATION.

Now, when guests go to register for your event, there will be an option to register for multiple events.

If you check that box, the window will expand with the options for other events within the recurrence that they can register for. If any of the events has reached capacity, it will be greyed out, so they can't select them.

The guest will receive two emails: 1. the regular confirmation email for the primary event plus 2. an email that contains a list of all the events they registered for, which includes the event names, links to the personal guest registration page for each event, and calendar links for each event. Note: when someone registers for multiple events, they receive the default confirmation email for the primary (first) event only. If you wish to send specific event information from any of the other events they have registered for, you should create scheduled announcement emails in those events to do so.
