When you send invites through SeatRobot, the recipients have the option to ACCEPT INVITE or DECLINE INVITE.
When the recipient chooses to decline the invite, you have the option of sending a decline confirmation email to them. To enable this, first navigate to SETUP.
Scroll down to the ADVANCED table and check the box next to ALWAYS SEND DECLINE CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
Once you've checked this box, every person who declines your invite will receive a decline confirmation email. To customize the content of this email, refer to Default Decline Confirmation.
