If you want your third party coordinators (TPCs) to upload documents or assets to their package, you can enable that within each package. This process works similarly to applying coupons to tickets.
To do this, first create your third party package.
Once it's created, navigate to TICKETS.
Click the +UPLOAD BUTTON.
The NEW DOCUMENT UPLOAD BUTTON window will appear.
In NAME, create a name for the type of asset you want TPCs to upload.
In DESCRIPTION, provide more details for your TPCs for the document.
For START DATE and END DATE, choose when you want these upload buttons to be available. By default, the start date will be the date you create this button, and the end date will be the day before the event's start date.
Click SAVE.
Your DOCUMENT UPLOAD BUTTONS will appear at the bottom of the page.
To add these documents to a 3rd party package, open that package. Then click the UPLOAD BUTTONS button inside the package.
Check the boxes next to the documents you want to be mandatory for this package, then click SAVE.
Press SAVE within the package.
Now, when the TPC navigates to the event management center inside their event, there will be buttons for the upload documents you created.
