This is how a purchaser-initiated refund request appears to a guest and/or purchaser if they attempt to initiate and complete the process outside of the window of availability (as established by the refund policy.)
As always, the purchaser will begin the process by clicking the MY DETAILS button in their ticket confirmation email to access their guest registration page.
They will click the REQUEST REFUND button.
The REFUND POLICY modal will open. As it contains the details of the refund policy, the purchaser can read to see if they fall into the applicable refund window. Regardless, they can click REQUEST REFUND.
The purchaser will receive an email with the subject line 'Important: Your Ticket Refund.' They can click the REQUEST REFUND button to proceed.
If this process was triggered outside the applicable time window as established in the refund policy, this page will contain a message informing the purchaser that refunds are no longer available.
