Reports brings your data together so you can spot trends, compare offerings, and understand how your classes and events are performing holistically. To access Reports, first navigate to DASHBOARD.
If you have team-level permissions, you will click the reports icon.
If you have admin-level permissions, you will click the cogs icon, then navigate to REPORTS.
You will land on the REPORTS beta page. If you want to send feedback, click SEND BETA FEEDBACK.
The BETA FEATURE FEEDBACK modal will open. You can put your thoughts and questions into the provided textbox then click SEND FEEDBACK. It will be reviewed by a ZenGRM team member.
The first way to search for events is the EVENT NAME search bar. Type in the key words then click APPLY.
When you search for specific events, the first two rows will display the AVERAGE and the CUMULATIVE metrics of all events that fit into the parameters of the filters you've applied.
Every row displays the following metrics:
- INVITED: This column displays the number of people who were invited.
- SOLD: This column displays the number of tickets sold.
- UNSOLD: This column displays the number of tickets that were unsold.
- CONFIRMED: This column displays the number of guests who were confirmed.
- WAITLISTED: This column displays the number of guests joined the waitlist.
- DECLINED: This column displays the number of declined guests.
- REVENUE: This column displays the amount of money generated from ticket sales.
- FULFILLED: This column displays the percentage of people who registered or bought tickets based on the capacity of the event that was established via registration buttons and/or tickets.
- ATTENDED: This column displays the percentage of people who were marked as attended based on the number of people who were marked as confirmed.
For more information regarding these descriptors, refer to Filtering Guests by Status.
You can apply multiple filters onto your search parameters. For example, you can select from these checkboxes to narrow your search down further. If you check:
- ACTIVE ONLY: The page will only display events happening in the future.
- PAID ONLY: The page will only display events with tickets.
- FREE ONLY: The page will only display events with no tickets.
- IN-PERSON ONLY: The page will only display events that have been designated as in-person.
- ONLINE ONLY: The page will only display events that have been designated as online.
You can also filter the page display by time. If you click the DATE RANGE dropdown, there are a number of different relative date ranges you can choose from.
If none of those options fit your preferences, you can click CUSTOM DATES.
This will activate the START DATE and END DATE calendar tool. Click those to choose the exact date range you want to display.
You can also choose to display events that belong to specific event managers. To do this, click MANAGER FILTERS.
The FILTER EVENTS BY EVENT MANAGER modal will open. Select your preferred event manager(s) then click APPLY.
The page will now display events that are assigned to the specified event manager(s) and any other filters that are currently applied. You can always see which filters are currently in use because they display above the metrics.
You can also choose to display events that belong to specific filter groups as established by your organization. To do this, click CUSTOM FILTERS.
The APPLY CUSTOM FILTERS modal will open. Select the filter group you want to display by checking its corresponding box, then click APPLY.
The page will display only events that belong to that filter group.
If you want to export the information contained in the reports page, click the FILE dropdown menu, then click EXPORT. ZenGRM will export a CSV. file that contains all of the information displayed on this page.
If you want to save a report for future reference, click FILE > SAVE REPORT AS...
The SAVE REPORT modal will open. Type in a name for this report in the provided textbox. ZenGRM will provide an auto-generated description based on the chosen filters, but you can edit this if you'd like. Once these match your preferences, click SAVE.
You will be redirected back to the reports page. To access saved reports, click FILE > OPEN REPORT.
The LOAD REPORT modal will open. To open a specific report, select the report then click LOAD. You can use the search bar to find a report if its not immediately displayed in the modal. If you want to delete a report, click the corresponding red trash can icon.
