Individuals Included (Plus Ones)

This article details how to manage registrations with plus ones (or more) for ticketed events. If you need instructions for creating plus ones for free events, refer to Guests per Registration.

To start, navigate to TICKETS.

Click the name of the ticket you'd like to edit.

If the ticket you're creating is valid for more than one person, and you'd like the primary registrant to let you know who their plus one(s) are, click (EDIT) next to INDIVIDUALS INCLUDED.

The ADD GUESTS TO PACKAGE modal will open. Type the QUANTITY of guest 'spots' that you want to be associated with purchasing one ticket to your event. Then click UPDATE GUEST QUANTITY.

We'd recommend editing the INFO TEXT to remind purchasers that this ticket is valid for themselves and their plus one(s).

Fill in the remaining mandatory fields for your ticket, then click SAVE.

When the primary guest navigates to the event web page to buy a ticket for themselves and their plus one(s), they will click the ticket button.

The PURCHASE TICKET FOR... modal will open. The package text will appear directly above the SELECT QUANTITY dropdown, reminding purchasers that one ticket is valid for 2 registrants (or however many registrants you'd prefer). The purchaser will enter their contact details into the provided textboxes, then click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT.

They will be redirected to the payment page, where they can enter their card details, then click CONFIRM PAYMENT.

The purchaser will be redirected to their guest registration page. If your event has additional registration questions, they will appear at this time. The purchaser should make / enter their selections, then click SAVE YOUR ANSWERS.

If your event does not have additional registration questions, the purchaser will land directly on their guest registration page. At this time, they have the option to add their plus one's details by clicking ADD GUEST INFO.

The EDIT GUEST INFO modal will open. The purchaser and/or primary guest can enter their plus one's details into the provided textboxes, then click SAVE & CONFIRM GUEST.

Please note - If the purchaser and/or primary guest decides NOT to submit their plus one's contact details, their spot will be HELD in the event regardless. It cannot be given away. The ticket was established as valid for two people, so their spot at the event will be recognized regardless of whether the event knows who the plus one is. The plus one's info is now saved in the event. If the event has additional registration questions, the message 'Not quite done! Click here to submit your additional information.' will appear. If you click CLICK HERE, you can answer the plus one's additional registration question(s).

As people start registering for your event, they will populate in your GUEST LIST. For more information regarding how to edit, add, confirm or delete plus ones, please refer to Plus One Management.
