Guest List Search Functions

This article will review ZenGRM's guest list search function. To utilize this feature, first navigate to GUEST LIST.

The search bar is located in the top left corner, next to the tool bar and above the guest list.

The search bar will search through all guests in your guest list. This includes declined, waitlisted and outstanding (guests who have been invited but who have not yet RSVP'd). For events with very large guest lists, the search bar is the quickest method of finding a specific contact.

The search bar is automatically set at 'Default.' This setting will search for matching text in the following fields, and return all matching results:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Company
• Email

The contacts in your guest list also contain other data fields which may not be displayed on the guest list table. You can search by these fields using the search field dropdown. Selecting any of these fields prior to entering text and searching will force the system to search for matching text only in the selected field.

For enterprise users, any custom fields created by your admin will appear as search options in the dropdown as well.
