In this article, we'll review how to best navigate your guest list's tool bar. To start, navigate to GUEST LIST.
This will lead you to your current guest list.
Names with a green circle next to them are CONFIRMED.
Names in red text with a red circle next to them are DECLINED.
Names in blue text with a blue circle next to them are WAITLISTED.
The textbox in the upper left hand corner of the guest list is the search function.
The green thumbs up icon is the CONFIRM button. This can be used to manually confirm a declined or waitlisted guest. For more information on this process, please refer to our article How do I confirm a guest who is currently waitlisted or declined?
The red thumbs down icon is the DECLINE button. This can be used to manually decline a confirmed or waitlisted guest. To do this, check the box next to the guest(s) you want to decline, then click the decline button.
After manually declining the guests, they will appear in red.
The green check mark icon is the CHECK IN button. You can check people into your event by clicking the checkbox next to their name, then clicking this icon. For more information on this process, please refer to our article Check In.
You can add tags to a guest by checking the box next to their name, then clicking the TAG icon. For more information on this process, please refer to our article re: Tags.
You can link guests together by checking the boxes that correspond with their names, then clicking the LINK icon. For more information on this process, refer to this article.
If you want to group people together from your guest list, in a way that you can save and refer back to later for invites or other purposes, check the boxes next to all of the relevant guests, then click the LIST icon.
To display guests based on their status, click the FILTER icon.
To display guests based on their tag type, click the double tag icon.
To display guests based on their responses to registration questions, click the comment icon. For more information on this process, refer to our article Filtering Guests via Responses to Additional Registration Questions.
To display third party information, press the third party icon. For more information on this process, refer to Third Party Tools.
To export your guest list, or whatever filtered display you've created, click the EXPORT icon. For more information on this process, refer to Create / Export Guest Reports.
