How does moving guests between events work with waitlisted guests?

It depends on the scenario.

If you are trying to move a WAITLISTED guest in one event to another event, you cannot do that. If you navigate to your GUEST LIST, you can see that the move icon does not appear in waitlisted guest's rows.

However, you CAN move a confirmed guest from one event into the waitlist of another event. You would follow the regular procedure for moving guests. For more information regarding that process, refer to Moving Guests.

PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to move guests if the waitlist for that event has reached capacity.
